Ahora nos enteramos que un alto mando de la policía llamó desde la misma Comisaria General de Información al director de Seguridad de RENFE, un tal comisario Rodríguez Simons para autorizarle que destruyeras los vagones de los trenes. Esto, desde luego, sí se confirma es algo más que serio. Estamos hablando sencillamente de un verdadero complot de silencio. ¿Qué alto mando de la policía permitió semejante ocultamiento de pruebas? ¿Quién consintió a espalda de la justicia esta vergonzosa y diabólica ocultación? Lo más siniestro viene ahora cuando Miguel Corsini, director de Renfe en 2004 da a entender que el juez Juan del Olmo no dio ninguna orden para la destrucción de los vagones de los trenes. Y que tampoco le consta que la policía ordenara tal destrucción. Esto lo dice ahora ante la juez Coro Cillan. Y yo me digo, a lo mejor los famosos vagones de trenes se autodestruyeron por generación espontanea. Esto es el colmo del cinismo. Pero un día se sabrá la verdad y no quisiera está en el pellejo de los verdaderos culpables. Ése día el pueblo que ha callado no tendrá piedad. Deseo que la Parca sea magnánimo conmigo y me deje ver el final de esta ignominia. ¿Quién sabe? A veces los sueños se cumplen.

Well, this case has to do with the complete destruction of 10 train carriages which were scrapped just four days after the deadly attack. And they ended up being sold as vulgar scrap for the price of 90 Euros per tonne. How was this dark and criminal negligence even possible today? Very simple, the Judge Juan del Olmo failed in his sacred duty to ensure custody of such decisive evidence. The most unusual was that he did not even give orders to preserve the trains.
